Boiled the potato.M ashed the potato,add salt mix it well.Keep it aside.Heat a kadhei add little oil put the dry red chilli saoted till It's becomes crisp.Turn off the heat &remove the red chillis into a bowl &allow them to cool.

Once the red chillis are cooled &them to a mixture griender & griend the dry red chillis to s coarse mixture.F inally heat the same pan with oil then add in the ground chilli,&potato,season it with all &cook well.S aute for another minuit &turn off the heat.Transfer the Manipuri style Aloo Kongmet into a serving bowl.

Take a bowl add maida,salt,2tbsp curd&1tbsp oil mix it well,add water to nake a puri dough.Rest it 10 mints.Than divide the dough in yo small balls.Take one ball roll it to a puri.

Heat oil deep fry the TanNgang puri tiil golden brown.Serve the Manipuri Style Aloo Kangmet with Manipuri Style Indian puri.
