Ingredients

  1. 10ripe plums, halved and pitted
  2. 1/2 tsplemon
  3. to tastesugar
  4. as neededice cubes
  5. 1/4 tspBlack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the pitted plums and drop them in a food processor.

  2. 2

    Grind them smooth.

  3. 3

    Strain the juice.

  4. 4

    Add the lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and black salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Add enough water according to the consistency you require.

  7. 7

    Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
