Wash and cut the veggies.Heat oil in a pan, add bay leave, 1 dry chilly and panch phuran. Now add whole garam masala then veggies, fry for awhile.

Add all masala except garam masala powder. Fry on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water boil it til veggies cooked.

In another pan fry the cheese for awhile. Add cheese in the curry and cook for 3 minutes, add ghee and garam masala powder. It is ready serve with rice or roti paratha as you like.
