For Carrot Rice:- firstly take the pan heat the butter, add cumin and mustard seeds allow to splutter them.

Then add Curry leaves next add carrot and turmeric saute well. While carrot cooked then add salt mix well.

After add cooked basamati rice gently mix well, do not break the rice grains, add some fried cashew nuts. now carrot rice is ready.

For Ghee Rice :- In a pan heat Ghee and add all masala ingredients mentioned above in ghee rice INGREDIENTS,

Next saute well till they comes to aromat smell, next add thinly sliced onion and Ginger garlic saute well.

After add cooked rice and salt and Add some roasted cashew nuts mix well without breaking rice grains. Now hot ghee rice is ready.

For Spinach Rice :- Heat the butter in a kadai, then add cumin seeds, allow it to splutter them. Next add slitted green chilli, thinly sliced onion, stir well onion until translucent.

Furthermore Add fresh green peas, chopped spinach leaves saute for a few minutes.

After add salt and cooked basamati rice then gently mix well without break the rice grains. Now spinach rice is ready.

Lastly put the rice to tray one by one. Adjust the Flag colour serial. Put star anise in center on white ghee rice. Now Tricolour pulav is ready...
