In a bowl make a soft dough with flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and lukewarm water. Knead until smooth.

Divide the dough in 3 parts. In a pan heat 45ml ghee and 60 ml water. Make small pieces of one part of the dough and add to ghee and water and mix with a spatula until incorporates. Remove from gas and let it cool.
Add the remaining dough and knead until smooth and incorporates. Make small balls and press lightly and make holes with fingers.
Deep fry on medium heat. - 3
1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder (Amchur powder)
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Black salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix the above and sprinkle on khajali.
