Steps

Mix all mentioned ingredients except oil. Add enough water to make thick pouring batter.

Grease thali with oil. Pour prepared batter in it. Take big kadhai, add 2 big glass of water in it. Place a stand in it. On it place batter filled thali. Cover with lid. Cook for 15 mins.

Cool completely and cut into square pieces.

Deep fry in hot oil till crispy golden brown.

Serve Delicious Hot Kothimbir Vadi with green coriander chutney and dry garlic chutney.
