Ingredients

45 minutes
5-6 persons
  • 250 gmraw turmeric ( grated(
  • 150 gmginger(grated)
  • 50 gmgarlic (crushed)
  • 2green chilli (chopped)
  • 4tomato(diced)
  • 1/2 kgfresh green peas
  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 1 cupcarrot
  • 250 gmghee(clarified butter)
  • 250 gmcurd
  • 1 cuppaneer(diced) optional
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala(crushed)
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a non-stick pan heat ghee and add bay leaf along with cumin seed and garam masala and allow it to crackel

  2. 2

    Now add garlic and chilli soute it

  3. 3

    Add fresh turmeric and ginger in it and mix well cook it for 10 minutes on low to medium flame stir continuously

  4. 4

    Add green peas, coliflower and carrot with salt mix well cover with a lid and allow it cook for 10- 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Open the lid and add chilli powder and coriander powder mix it and cook for more 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Now put curd in it and mix gently cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes

  7. 7

    Add tomatoes in it cook for more 5-7 minutes

  8. 8

    Add paneer in it allow it to cook for 5 minutes more

  9. 9

    Your delicious haldi ki sabji is ready to it

  10. 10

    Serve hot with fulka, naan or any other Indian bread.
