Steps

In a mixing bowl take rice flour, coriander powder,fennal powder,salt, crushed dried red chillies, cumin seeds. Add 1tsp oil and mix everything well then add lukewarm water in small parts to knead soft dough.

Rest for 15minutes.

Take small balls in equal sizes and take one ball and roll giving it a round shape.

Use polythene sheet and Grease it.Grease the balls and place over it and. cover it with other side of polythene sheet. Now roll it out into thick pooris with the help of rolling pin.

Keep the flame high.

Place poori in oil for deep frying till golden brown. Place rest of the pooris in the same manner.

Rice pooris are ready. This pooris are mostly cooked in U.P and M.P.
