Firstly take a big bowl add sujji nd curd mix it add salt nd eno mix well now take a cooker add water in it put it on flame

Now take idlli stand greace it with oil and fill better in it nd put it in cooker cover the cooker without whistle steam it for 5 minutes iddli is ready now take a dish trqnsfer idlli in it now take a wok add oil nd heat it mow add jeera fry it

Add salt nd red chilli powder now add idlii nd mix it

Idlli is ready serve it with tomato sauce
