Either u can cook rice and cool it down for minimum 30 40 mins or u can use leftover rice. Take A deep pan and add oil and heat it. Add some jira, spring onions green part finely chopped and capsicum finely chopped and saute nicely. After 1 minute add finely chopped cabbage and keep stirring add.1 teaspoon chings shezwan chutney and salt mix well and add the leftover rice n mix it gently so that everything blends well. putthe lid and Let it cook on lowest flame for 2 -3 minutes

Remove the lid take a serving plate. Take a big bowl and put the cooker rice in it, make a cake type and turn it upside down on the serving plate and them remove the bowl. Garnish with spring onion top portions and serve
