as neededButter for shallow frying the bites
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tsp tomato ketchup
3 tspgrated cheese

Set upma in a plate and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour

After cut upma into rectangular pieces and shallow fry the pieces till it golden brown
3

In one bowl,add tomato ketchup,and red chilli powder and make dip,spred this dip on bites and top up with grated cheese
