Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice
  • 2 bowlswater
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1capsicom chopped
  • 1tomato
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil add jeera when it crackles add onion cook and stir for 1 min add all vegetables.

    Cook it for 3 mins.

    Add the rice, and spices mix it well then add water.

    Cook for 1 whistle.
