Ingredients

1 bowlrice
2 bowlswater
1carrot chopped
1onion chopped
1capsicom chopped
1tomato
2green chillies
1 tbspcumin seeds
1 tbspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1lemon juice

Heat the oil add jeera when it crackles add onion cook and stir for 1 min add all vegetables.

Cook it for 3 mins.

Add the rice, and spices mix it well then add water.

Cook for 1 whistle.

Chak is ready garnish with spring onions
