Boil the potato.Peel it and mash it.Now fry the potato in hot pan with all spices.

Make a thick liquid batter of gram flour,salt,carom seeds and cumin for aloo bonda to dip the potato balls.

Make small balls of potato gravy.dip one by one all balls in gram flour liquid.

In a hot oil deep fry the potato balls and serve hot with tea, green chutney and fried green chilies.Mumbai famous aloo bonda.
