Cooking Instructions

    Using pot(ironed pot) add water and little salt and allow to boil

    In a bowl mix maize and cassava flour

  3. 3

    In anoda bowl,pour small quantity of d mixed flour add water to make watery barter

  4. 4

    Pour d batter into d boiling water stir using turning stick.cover and allow to cook till it makes bubbles

  5. 5

    Pour and turn gradually d dryed mixed flour using stick to desire thickness.cover to cook

  6. 6

    Note:should not be too thick,bcos ttuwon masara is unlike semo.tuwon Masada become more strong after a while especially when not hot
