Keep ingredients ready

Heat griddle, roast chapatis greased with oil

Cool a little apply Mayonnaise on the chapatis

Now mash boiled potato in ready chicken mince add coriander chopped

Now fold chapatis into half then quarter, open both sides form pockets.

Fill the pockets created with mince mash,now press well to form triangle

Now grease tava with little butter and roast there into triangles stuffed.

Serve hot with ketchup or spring onions to enjoy
