Place the pork, garlic, potatoes, carrot, rosemary, cinnamon, bouillon cube, red wine, pepper, and salt into an electric pressure cooker. Stew for 45 minutes. Do not add any extra water.

After 45 minutes, add the ketchup, salted butter, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stew for another 15 minutes. Do not add any extra water.

Open the lid, sprinkle in the green peas and oregano, and simmer uncovered for 7-10 minutes until thickened. Serve with toasted bread.
