Serves 4 servings
  • 1pork tenderloin, cut into 2 cm (about 3/4 inch) thick slices
  • 5 clovesgarlic, whole (do not crush)
  • 3small potatoes, sliced into 1.5 cm (about 1/2 inch) rounds
  • 1large carrot, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoondried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 bottlered wine (from a convenience store, non-carbonated, chilled)
  • 1 teaspoonfreshly ground black and white pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 3-4ladles tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoonssalted butter
  • 2yellow onions, cut into quarters
  • 1/2pineapple, cut into large pieces
  • 3tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  • 2ladles canned green peas
  • 2 teaspoonsdried oregano

    Place the pork, garlic, potatoes, carrot, rosemary, cinnamon, bouillon cube, red wine, pepper, and salt into an electric pressure cooker. Stew for 45 minutes. Do not add any extra water.

    After 45 minutes, add the ketchup, salted butter, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stew for another 15 minutes. Do not add any extra water.

    Open the lid, sprinkle in the green peas and oregano, and simmer uncovered for 7-10 minutes until thickened. Serve with toasted bread.
