Ingredients

  2. 3 cupssugar
  3. 5eggs
  4. 3 cupsflour
  5. 2 tablespoonslemon extract
  6. 3/4 cups7up

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees

    Beat the sugar and butter until creamy.

    Alternate adding in lemon extract, eggs, flour, and 7up at a slow speed.

    Spray Baker’s Joy to cover all sides of the pan and pour mixture into a Bundt pan

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour, or up to 1 hour and 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Let cake stand in the pan for about 10 minutes. Turn cake over onto a plate or platter to remove pan.
