Boil pigeon peas. Add salt and soda.

Now boil 1.5 water add jeggary salt ginger chilli paste sessme seeds turmeric powder and coursly crushed pigeon peas and. Now slowly add rice flour wheat flour besan jowar flour. Mix well add coriander mix properly. Cover and leave it for 5-10min.

Now take mixture in a plate. Let it cool. And make small tikki. And fry till golden brown colour. Tasty kabas is ready to serve.Serve with ketchup and coriander chutney.
