Green peas Kachori

Dough: Take a bowl and add all ingredients and mix well till bread crumbs consistency. Now make a little hard dough by adding little water.

Take a grinder jar and add green peas and grind coarsely.

Keep a pan on medium flame and add vegetable oil, now add jeera and mustard seeds let it cracker. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add besan and cook well till it turns golden brown and arona starts coming. Add peas paste and cook thd mixture till it becomes dry.

Now take a small dough and add peas mixture into it and cover well so that mixture should not come out.

Keep a pan on medium heat and once the oil is hot lower the flame and put kachori in the oil and let it cook on low heat till turns golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with any Chutney or Tomato ketchup or Tamarind chutney.
