Heat a kadai, Add oil add dice onion and sauté till translucent

Add diced tomato sauté it add ginger garlic sauté a little,then add cashews and Simmer it for 10-15 mins.

Once simmered, remove it from heat and let it cool. Once cooled,Now make a paste of it.

In kadai add oil and butter and heat in medium flame.

Add cumin seeds and let them splatter.

Add gravy paste, add garam masala, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Mix well.

Now add paneer cubes and boiled(peas), cook for 2-3mins. Garnish it with cream, grated paneer and chopped coriander.
Serve it hot with roti or rice.
