Ingredients

  • Chikhen cubes 1 kg
  • 1/4 kgYougt
  • Soya chilli 3 3 tb spoon
  • to tasteSalt
  • Vniger 2 tb spoon
  • pinchZaida colour
  • to tasteChat masala
  • Tikka masala 2 tb spoon
  • Oil for frying
  • Sticksfor seting

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chikhn cubes and wash them properly

  2. 2

    Take yougt in bowl and add spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add cubes in yougt and assemble in stick one b one.*Also store in freezer.

    Deep Fry sticks sepratly and serve with chutney or ketchup in tea time..
