In pan add ghee heat it. After that add Flour (Atta) roast it for 2 min on low flame till nice aroma is coming.

Then add milk, sugar, orange food colour and cardamom powder mix well close lid cook for 5 to 10 min on low flame.

After that add dry fruits mix well cook till nice aroma is coming from halwa..

Take out in plate serve it garnish with chopped dry fruits.
