Winter special everyone's favourite gajar ka halwa, a dessert made from grated carrot, milk, khoya and dry fruits.
Steps

Wash carrots properly under running water. Peel skin and cut top and bottom side. Grate all carrots from manual grater or food processor.

Boil grated carrots with milk. Can use pressure cooker for save your time. After 1 whistle switch off the gas.

Open the lid and cook on high flame till milk evaporate. Add ghee and sugar. Stir continuously to avoid burn.

Cook on medium high flame till ghee starts separate.

Add dry fruits and grated khoya. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped nuts.. Enjoy yummy gajar ka halwa.
