Steps

Chop onion and take all the masala.

Take oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds with curry leaves and green chillies and let it splutter.

Add sugar and mix, to this add chopped onion cook till onion gets translucent.

Fry peanuts in the same oil before adding all the ingredients and keep it aside.

Wash and drain poha and keep aside to remove excess water.

To that poha add turmeric and lemon juice and mix.

Once onion gets cooked add peanuts and coriander leaves with poha and give it a stir.

Leave for 5 minutes and serve hot with grated coconut (optional) and you can even add boiled potatoes (optional).
