Washed and drained whole chicken. Marinate with spices. 2 hours or more (or even overnight) (see ingreds)

Put in pan and dry simmer until chicken tender.can add oil at this point.and simmer bit more.then meanwhile prep the tamarin

Take handful of tamarind in a small bowl with some hot warm water about half a glass..then break it down with hand or fork to soften.

Then let all water soak..thus will turn into nice thick shiny consistency and this has a soury- sweet taste too.

.then use the sieve to sieve it thru. and add the sauce to the chicken...simmer about 2 or 3 mins covered.then add corriander.and serve! Bismillah enjoycan add abit more water to the remaining seeds until all the past is extracted.(it should be concentrated so don't dilute it.)
