Ande ka halwa or egg halwa is a winter special dessert which is made from egg, milk, ghee and sugar.
Steps

Boil milk and let it cool. Break eggs one by one in milk. Whisk it to form a frothy batter.

Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan. Add milk and egg batter in it. Cook on medium heat.

When it starts thicken add sugar. Stir continuously to avoid burnt.
- 4
Cook halwa till it becomes dry and ghee starts separate.
- 5
Grease a big plate and pour halwa on it.
- 6
Flatten with spoon and cut in square shape.
- 7
Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
