Sub se pehle mash ki dal ka ata luen.is mein 1 cup ghee or1 cup fresh milk mila kar achi tarah se goondh lein palm ki madad se.

Ab ek khule pot mein ghee ko garam karein or us mein saf kia hua gond fry kar lein.

Ab sugar ko chopper mein powder form mein pees lein take a side.sath hi badam and pista bhi crushed kar lien.

Ab baqi bache hue ghee mein tayyar kia hua mash ki dal ka ata add kar dein or khoob halki anch pe pakaen or us ko is qadar bhone ke is mein khushbu ae or colour bhi golden ho jae.

Koshish karein ke ata bilqul bhi kacha na rahe.is ki bhunai hi ki wajah ha acha banne ki.

Ab tayyar shuda atta stove se uttar lien. Or halke halke cheeni add karein or mix kerte jaen phir sath hi gond or tamam nuts add cardamon powder shamil kar dein ab chulah jala achi tarah mix karein or phir is ko Grease wale thal mein jama dein.

1 ghante baad is manpasand piece kat lien mazedar uradia tayyar ha.
