Restaurant Style Sweetcorn Soup

In a mixer jar add 1/2 katori corn and 1/2 katori water and make a smooth paste.

Heat a deep wok add water, sweet corn paste, beans, carrot, sweet corn puree, salt, sugar and bring a boil.

Add whitepepper, mix well, boil for 5 to 8 minutes.

Remove foam from top, it appears because of sweet corn puree.

Make a thick batter of cornflour and water. Add this batter in wok to get desired consistency.

Boil for minimum 1 minute.

Add butter and cook till butter melts. Mix it well.

Sweetcorn soup is ready. Serve hot
