Very simple and quick dish in Gujarati cusine. Most demanding in winters.
Steps

All ingredients: chopped and ready

Take a pan/kadhai on low flame add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped garlic saute it till garlic get light golden.

Now add sliced onions. Saute it till it get transparent. Add sliced white portion of green onions. Saute it properly.

Add sliced Potatoes mixed it well. Close the kadai with plate and put water in that plate. On low flame let potatoes get cooked for 5 min.

Open it check it potato r half cooked now add chopped tomato. Mix it close the plate again and cook it for 5 min.

Open the plate and mix the sabji add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sabji masala, coriander powder.

Mix it all add sliced greens of green onions. Cook it for 2 min. And sabji is ready.

Serve with Khichadi, roti, Parathas. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with dear ones.
