Chicken nihari

Heat oil(1/4cup) add chicken with g g paste..

When turn white add 2 tbsp nihari masala & 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Bhounfy well with little water

When oil separate add salt along with 4 cup of water..

After 10 min add floir & wheat flour mix with little water to make a paste

Paste should b neither too thick nor too runny

Add and stir continuously to avoid lumps

Now cook on low flame for good 30mins..

In an another pan take ghee(1/2cup) add remaining nihari masala & red chilli powder..

Cook well and add this into nihari..

Now again in the same pan add remaining ghee with ginger & green chillies (chopped)

Cook when aroma start add this tarka into nihari..

Cook well.. Serve hot with naan..
