Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef mince
  2. 1/2 kgbajre ka Aata
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 5 TbspSmall Green chilies paste
  5. 1 tspGinger paste
  6. 1 tspGarlic paste
  7. 1 TbspVinegar
  8. Cumin 1st
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. Coriander 1 hand ful
  11. 3 TbspHara lahsan finely chopped
  12. 1big onion finely chopped
  13. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in mince except Aata. Mince should be dry, mix very well.

    Mix bajra Aata and knead it well

  3. 3

    Make balls and deep fry on medium low flame till golden brown and serve it with ketchup.
