Ingredients

30 minutes.
6 servings
  1. 2 cupbesan/ gram flour
  2. as neededwater
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 2chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes.

    Add salt,1/4 tsp oul,carrom seeds & red chilli powder to besan & knead it with water to make dough.

    Make small balls out of it.

    Boil water in a big pan & add all the balls in it.cook on slow.

  4. 4

    Heat 1 tsp of oil in another pan & add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste.cook till they become pink.

  5. 5

    Add all the masalas & chopped tomatoes.cook till they become mashy.

  6. 6

    Put this cooked masala in the karahi & cook till all the water dissolves.

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
