  1. 500 gmfenugreek leaves
  2. 4potato (medium.size)
  3. 6tomatoes (medium size)
  4. 15 clovesgarlic
  5. 2 inchginger
  6. 5green chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 4 tablespoonoil
  11. 2tomato for garnish

    First make the paste of ginger,garlic and greenChilli in a mixer.now take a utensil heat up oil add ginger,garlic and green chilli paste to it cook for 2 minutes and then add tomato Pyuri with all dry speics(salt,turmeric and coriander powder).keep the lid and cook tomato pyuri for 10 minutes on low flame

    When oil comes out from pyuri add chopped fenugreek leaves and potato again keep lid and cook for 20 minutes untill the potatoes became soft on low flame.

    Aloo methi is ready to serve.garnish with the slices of tomatoes.
