Ingredients

  1. as neededOil
  2. 1/2 tbspCumin seeds
  3. 1pinchAsafoetida
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. as per tasteChopped green chilli
  7. 3potato pieces
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1pinchturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspDry Coriander
  11. 2tomato chopped
  12. 2 bunchesChopped methi leaves
  13. 3/4 tspGaram masala
  14. as neededGreen Coriander(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai take oil add jeera, Hing, fry then add Onion pieces, green chillies chopped, ginger garlic paste.

    Add Potato pieces fry a little add salt and sprinkle little water and cover until the potatoes becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Then add tomato pieces,chopped methi leaves and coriander Leaves, add garam masala, Chilli powder, turmeric powder,dry Coriander powder, fry a little and cover it for sometime.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with Chappathi.
