Here is another spin to your vegitable soup. A bit spicy though but enjoyable.

Cook the rice and set aside

In a pot put in enough oil, add in onion, pepper and the tomato paste. Add in the crayfish, seasoning, a little water and bring to a boil.

Peel, wash and dice the Irish. Put in a pot and cook until its done.

Add the cooked Irish to the stew and stir. Leave for 3mins the add the wash and sliced spinach.

Stir to make sure every everything is well incorporated. Leave for a minute and oooh lala, your free to dig in.
