Jwar flour and salt mix well,add hot water and make dough, mash nicely and make soft dough,

Now, take a ball from dough, apply water on hand slowly slowly make roti, and put on prr heated tawa,when spot apper both side on tawa keep roti on falme and roast well till crisp

Apply, ghee on it, and enjoy with any veggi or Jaggery
