Make dough of wheat flour by adding water and cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

Wash and clean palak leaves with kitchen towel.

Chop palak leaves into small pieces.
- 4
Take a big ball of dough and roll like a big chapati.
- 5
Fill chopped palak,salt and pepper in the centre and roll like a parantha.

Now saughte from both sides by using little oil till crispy.
- 7
Serve with homemade butter and chai.
