Three bunches of cleaned & washed methi leaves
Knead them with water in wheat flour and add salt to taste, 2 teaspoons of ajwain, 1 tsp of red chilli powder. - 2
Now crumble the paneer with hands and add the masalas to paneer-salt, green chilies, red chilli powder and little amachoor powder and mix nicely

Now take little dough of methi
Make a ball
Roll it a little(not too big)
Keep little stuffing of mashed paneer in it and cover from all the sides
Make a ball again and carefully roll it out so that stuffing doesn’t come out. - 4
You can make it with two pedas too but I like and enjoy my parantha if made in one peda.

Now carefully lift it up and place on the hot tawa. Let it cook and turn the side.
Now apply little ghee on one side and let it fry
Like ways do both the sides - 6
Roast till becomes crispy brown
Serve hot with curd and pickle. I had with homemade carrot pickle
