Steps

Take a pan, add butter heat well pour cube of paneer, till it turns light brown take it out and keep aside.

In the same pan add finely chopped onion saute it add the ginger garlic paste, mix till the raw smell goes, add dry red chilli paste, cashew paste, add tomato puree and mix all well.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well, cook in low flame for 5 mins add peas and saute it in medium flame add 1/2 glass of water and leave till it boils.

Add paneer cubes, add Maggi Masala and homemade garam masala.

Turn off the stove. Can serve with hot chapati, Paratha or any breads.
