Ingredients

  1. Whole chicken
  2. 1 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  3. 8 clovesgarlic
  4. 5candlenut
  5. 1lemonggrass
  6. 2 inchesginger
  7. 2 inchesgalangal
  8. 3bay leaves
  9. 1 tea spooncoriander seeds
  10. 7or more fresh red cayyene pepper
  11. 300 mlwater
  12. To tasteChicken powder or salt
  13. 2table spoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Blend all ingredients except bay leave with olive

  2. 2

    Heat a pan and fry ingredient that has been blended and bay leave until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add water and bring it to boil

  4. 4

    Wash chicken untill clean and put in to the boiling ingredient and make sure it covered by the ingredient

  5. 5

    Cover the pan and let it about 5 minutes with medium heat then turn over the chicken and cover again cook about 10 minutes or until water is going to dry. Keep the sauce.

    Prepare bake bowl and move chicken to the bake bowl and cover with aluminium foil. Bake in 250 degrees for 30 minutes or when the chicken is brown.

    Take out chicken and serve in a large plate and pour the rest of sauce or gravy on the chicken

The instructions are in a combination of English (inches) and metric (ml) units. Is the baking temperature of 250 in Fahrenheit or Celsius? If Fahrenheit, 30 minutes doesn't seem long enough, but 250F = 482 C, which seems a bit too hot!
