Take a bowl add all the ingredients and add milk gradually and knead a smooth dough, cover it and keep aside for 1 hour

After 1 hour knead the dough again

Roll the dough like a roti and cut round shape with the help of a sharp edges glass

Then make a small hole in the center with the help of any small bottle lid

Again cover it and keep aside for 1 hour

Heat kadai with enough oil for deep frying

Then deep fry all the donuts until it turns light brown on low medium flame

Sprinkle powder sugar or dip in chocolate sauce of your choice and enjoy
