Onion ko ghee Mein dal ke light pink karen

Jab light pink ho jaye tu is Mein tomato dalen.salt.red chilli powder dalen

Haldi dalen zeera dalen or salan ko 2 se 3 minute bonen bonene ke baad 5 minute ke liye dam wali anch pe rakh dein.ta ke Tomato Pak jayen

5 minute baad is ko phir bonen or is Mein potatoes or peas dalen

Potato or peas dal ke salan ko itna bonen ke ghee uper a jaye

Jab ghee uper a Jaye tu 2 glass water dal ke 20 minute pakne ke liye rakh dejhe

20 minute baad check karen ke potatoes or peas Pak geye phir ise serving dish Mein dalen
- 8
Phir is pe Hara dhaniya or Hari mircho se garnish kejhe.mazedar aloo mattar tiyar hai
