Naked Christmas Cupcakes

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin.
In a large bowl cream, the butter and sugar together for a minute. Add eggs and vanilla extract beat for a minute. - 2
Then add milk and combine. Add flour, baking powder, salt and combine well. Divide the cake batter into 3 equal parts.

Add about food coloring to each bowl to make red, and green batters.

Stir well, so no streaks of plain batter remain. (Add additional food colouring if necessary).

Spoon the mixture into the paper cases starting with the white batter, and then green, red.

Repeat adding each subsequent spoonful on top of the previous colour until they are almost full.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or toothpick inserted into one of the cakes comes out clean.
Enjoy your less sugary and colorful cupcakes.
