Ingredients

  1. 1 cButter (room temperature)
  2. 1 1/2 cSugar
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 tspVanilla
  5. 1 tspBaking Powder
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspBaking Soda
  8. 2 cFlour
  9. 2 cQuick Cook Oats
  10. 1 cGolden Raisins
  11. 1 cFresh Cranberries (chopped)
  12. 1 pkgWhite Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar.

  2. 2

    Beat in each egg separately. Beat well. Add vanilla and beat well.

  3. 3

    Mis dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix in with butter mixure

  4. 4

    Stir in cranberries, raisins, and chips.

  5. 5

    Drop by rounded teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
