Steps

Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds
When they crackle add fenugreek seeds.
Add grated ginger
When it’s sautéed add Masalas and salt
Stir
Add chopped tomato and green chili - 2
When they are mashed add boiled potatoes and mix well in masala
Cover with a lid and let it cook on the low flame. - 3
After 5-7 minutes add hot boiling water and give a nice stir
Let the gravy cook for another 10 minutes
Check the consistency you desire
Add chopped coriander leaves - 4
Jhatpat Aloo rassa is ready to have with kachori or poori
