Take a pan add Poppy Seed 2 tbsp. And roast it for 2-3 mins.

Then take out from pan and grind it. Poppy seed roast powder is ready. Keep aside for later use

In wok put Desi ghee 1 tbsp.

Then add Pistachio, Almond, Cashew Nut, Walnut and make roast 3-4 mins. Then takeout from wok and make it crushed.

In a wok add 2 tbsp desi ghee & add wheat flour 1 cup. And cook it until oil comes up. Then take out in other plate

In a wok put 2 tbsp. & fry gum (gond) in it and crushed it & set aside

In a wok add 1 cup jiggery (also add small amount of water to dissolve jiggery) and cook it until jiggery become dissolve and bubbles coms up.

Then add crushed edible gum, crushed dry fruits, poppy seeds roast powder,desiccated coconuts

Cooked wheat flour paste, and Cardamom Powder.

Mix it together.Then Spread on greased platter level properly.

Garnish with chopped dry fruit and edible gum. Cut into square pieces.
