Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgKacchi haldi
  2. 5 tbspoil
  3. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  6. 4big size tomato pure
  7. Spices
  8. 1.5 tspred chilly
  9. 1/2 tspgram masala
  10. 2 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspkitchen king
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbspcream (ur wish)
  14. Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    First take Kacchi haldi and chop finely.

    Then take a pan add 4 tbsp oil heat it and add haldi saute for 10 to 12 min in slow flame because we want bitterness to go.

    Then add 1 tbsp oil heat it add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds spluter it.Then add tomato pure saute for 2 min.

    Then add all spices cook 3 min in slow flame.Then add cream if you want...mix well.

    Then add haldi and salt mix well.cook 5 to 7 min in slow flame.

    Then garnish with coriander leaves....
