Wash Peel and gratted carrots for halwa.

In a pan boil gajar in milk till tender.

When the milk dries and gajar become tender then add cardamom powder and sugar and cook on slow flame. Do not cover the lid.
when the sugar can dries then add Ghee. - 4
Bhonifying till ghee comes out with good aroma. Bhonofy now

Add dry milk and Bhonofy then off the flame.Add khoya. The more khoya you will add it will enhance your halwa..

Take some halwa (after cooling down) in hand. Flat it and put 1 gulab jamun on it and cover gulab jamun by halwa.. it will make maximum 7-8 ladoos.. garish it with almond and pistachio... tadaaa gajar halwa with gulab jamun TWIST ready
